Victoria Harbour Supreme, Maritime Square
Upon my arrival in Hong Kong on the third day that was on Friday March 10, 2023, Patrick an old friend of mind known for over 30 years invited me to dine at Victoria Harbour Supreme in Maritime Square, Tsing Yi. His wife Josephine also joined us. She was the photographer, taking photos for us.
Around 30 years ago that was 1993, I opened a computers , watches and clocks shop "Time Passage " in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. Patrick came to my store and showed me some samples of Leada clocks. Since many foreign residents in the past asked me whether we sold electronic alarm clocks, I did not hesitate and ordered from him. Every time I ordered, he delivered the clocks in person to my shop in Discovery Bay. Sometimes, Josephine was sitting in DB Plaza waiting for him. Until 2008, I closed down my shop and moved to Shanghai to start up my new Supermarket named "Fucerne". Every time, I flew to Hong Kong and Shenzhen to deal with some business matters, he always invited me for dinner at Tao Heung(稻香酒樓) at Maritime Square(青衣城 ) or the Shenzhen MIXC(深圳萬象城). I really appreciated his kindness and generosity.
We got old, but were still young at heart!
Back to the subject, Victoria Harbour Supreme was opened for business in 2020. It is situated on the top floor of Tsing Yi MTR station, very convenient to access. The banquet hall is mainly white and golden in colour, decorated with crystal chandeliers and pink colour walls to enhance a romantic wedding ceremony. It makes the bride and guests fascinated. When I sat down, I felt that I were attending a wedding banquet.

Victoria Harbour Supreme in Maritime Square is situated at Maritime Square Phase 1 shop 310A, 3/F Tsing Yi MTR station. Getting there is convenient, facing the sea view, renovated elegantly and good service. Many kinds of delightful cuisines, extremely yummy. Dim sums are steamed when ordered, especially fresh and tasty.
Patrick ordered 3 dishes, namely Giant Grouper Fried Noodle, Black Truffle Fried Egg and Prawns, Teriyaki Angus Beef Cubes. They were good in color, flavor and taste, thus suited my taste buds.
▲ Giant Grouper Fried Noodle
I particularly liked Giant Grouper Fried Noodle because I, living in Vancouver, had not eaten Giant Grouper for a long long time. So I had an aftertaste of this dish.
▲ Black Truffle Fried Egg and Prawns
Black Truffle Fried Egg and Prawns was full of black truffle aroma and taste. Prawns were fresh and chewy. Fried eggs were tender and smooth. Applause!
▲ Teriyaki Angus Beef Cubes
For Teriyaki Angus Beef Cubes, beef cubes were tender, so I did not have to chew too much. Green and red peppers and spring onions are good match, therefore it was very appetizing.
Lantau Link View Point and Visitors Centre
Lantau Link Viewing Platform is located at the northwest corner of Tsing Yi Island. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the western part of Lantau Link, the northern part of Ting Kau Bridge and the Ma Wan Channel.
Facilities available at the attraction include an elevated platform, the outdoor exhibits of components of Tsing Ma Bridge and Ting Kau Bridge, as well as a Visitors Centre where videos, pictures, photos and models detailing the construction of Lantau Link and Ting Kau Bridge are displayed.Ting Kau Bridge is the world's first major 4-span cable-stayed bridge.
It is a 1,177-metre (3,862 ft) long cable-stayed bridge in Hong Kong that spans from the northwest of Tsing Yi Island and Tuen Mun Road. It is near the Tsing Ma Bridge which also serves as a major connector between the Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau Island and the rest of Hong Kong. It was completed on 5 May 1998. The bridge is toll-free.
The bridge is part of Route 3, connecting Northwest New Territories with Hong Kong Island. Other major structures on the road include the Tai Lam Tunnel, the Cheung Tsing Tunnel, the Cheung Tsing Bridge and the Western Harbour Crossing. The Ting Kau Bridge carries the heaviest traffic volume of the bridges on the Lantau Link, with many container trucks travelling between mainland China and the HK container port. A chromatic study and specially designed architectural lighting are intended to set the bridge off in its surroundings.

Tsing Ma Bridge is a bridge in Hong Kong. It is the world's 16th-longest span suspension bridge, and was the second longest at time of completion. The bridge was named after the two islands it connects, namely Tsing Yi and Ma Wan. It has two decks and carries both road and rail traffic, which also makes it the largest suspension bridge of this type.

Waso Café
Waso Cafe is especially known for their pineapple buns stuffed with egg and tomato, with a generous knob of butter wedged in there too. Another popular dish is the pork chop with macaroni in tomato soup. The pork chop is tender and juicy, while the hearty bowl of tomato soup has the right balance of acidity and sweetness.
With other branches in Kwun Tong, Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai, this is one popular place to grab the CCT classics.
Patrick ordered signature dishes Cheese Corned Beef Eggs Crispy Bun and Egg Salad Toast, and 3 cans of cold milk tea. Yummy!
